Welcome to KP Active. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing or placing an order through kpactive.com, you agree to the following terms.

2. Orders
2.1. When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.2. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
2.3. KP Active reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock limitations.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
3.3. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, and other methods listed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. KP Active currently ships to the Netherlands and Belgium.
4.2. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 CET are shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
4.3. Free shipping is available for orders above €100 within the Netherlands.
4.4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or busy periods. KP Active is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1. Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order.
5.2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed.
5.5. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or used products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
6.1. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact info@kpactive.com within 7 days of delivery.
6.2. KP Active will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
7. Product Information
7.1. We strive to display all product colours and details as accurately as possible.
7.2. Slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
8.1. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
8.2. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
8.3. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
9. Liability
9.1. KP Active is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.
9.2. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
10. Privacy
10.1. Personal data provided during checkout or newsletter signup is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. KP Active will never share your personal information with third parties except when required to process your order.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
