KP ACTIVE – Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Valid for the KP Active Red Box Giveaway only.
General
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the KP Active Red Box Giveaway (“Giveaway”) taking place from 10-06-2026 until 15-06-2026 at 9PM CET. By participating in the Giveaway, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to participants who are 18 years or older.
The Giveaway is open to participants based in the Netherlands and Belgium, unless stated otherwise by KP Active.
Employees, contractors, partners, and direct family members of KP Active are excluded from participating.
No purchase is required to participate in the Giveaway.

How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must comment under the official KP Active Giveaway post and answer the Giveaway question.
Only comments placed under the official Giveaway post during the Giveaway period will be counted as valid entries.
One person may enter once. Multiple comments or entries by the same person do not increase the chances of winning.
Following, tagging, sharing, or purchasing from KP Active is not required to participate.
KP Active reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise not in line with the spirit of the Giveaway.

Prizes
KP Active will select 3 winners.
Each winner will receive one KP Active Red Box.
Each Red Box includes a selection of KP Active items and goodies, including the limited edition 5th anniversary collection.
The exact contents of each Red Box may vary and are determined by KP Active.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by KP Active after the Giveaway period has ended.
Winners will be selected based on their comment and/or at random, depending on the Giveaway announcement.
Winners will be contacted via the platform on which they participated.
If a winner does not respond within 2 days, KP Active reserves the right to select a new winner.
The winners may be announced on KP Active’s social media channels.

Shipping
KP Active will cover the shipping costs for the Giveaway prizes within the Netherlands and Belgium, unless stated otherwise.
KP Active is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the winner.
KP Active is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping caused by third-party delivery services.

Data & Privacy
By participating, you agree that KP Active may contact you regarding the Giveaway.
Personal data will only be used for the purpose of organising the Giveaway, contacting winners, and shipping the prizes.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with KP Active’s Privacy Policy.

Fair Use
KP Active reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the Giveaway, use fake accounts, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise abuse the Giveaway.

Liability
KP Active is not responsible for technical issues, delays, lost entries, platform errors, or any other circumstances outside of KP Active’s control.
KP Active is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the use of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.
By participating, participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

Changes or Cancellation
KP Active reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of KP Active’s control.
