KP ACTIVE TIKTOK LIVE WHEEL OF FORTUNE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the KP Active TikTok Live Wheel of Fortune campaign.

Organizer
This campaign is organized by KP Active.
This campaign is not sponsored, administered, approved or organized by TikTok. TikTok is in no way responsible for this campaign.

Campaign period
The campaign takes place during the KP Active TikTok Live on 29 June 2026 from 20:30 until 22:00 CET, unless communicated otherwise during the live.
Only orders placed during this TikTok Live and within the campaign period are eligible to participate.

Participation
During the TikTok Live, KP Active will share the special live code 5YEARS.
Customers can participate in the Wheel of Fortune campaign by placing an order through the official KP Active webshop during the TikTok Live and using the code 5YEARS at checkout.
The code 5YEARS does not give a discount. The code is only used to register the order for the Wheel of Fortune campaign.
To be eligible, the order must:

be placed between 20:00 and 22:00 CET on 26 June 2026;

include the code 5YEARS;

be successfully completed and paid;
-
be placed through the official KP Active webshop;

not be cancelled before the participant is selected or before the reward is processed.
Each valid order counts as one entry, unless KP Active communicates otherwise during the live.

Selection of participants
During the TikTok Live, KP Active will randomly select one or more valid orders placed with the code 5YEARS.
Only active, paid and non-cancelled orders are eligible to be selected. If an order has been cancelled, the order is automatically excluded from the campaign, even if the code 5YEARS was used at checkout.
When an order is selected, KP Active will spin the Wheel of Fortune. The outcome of the wheel determines which reward will be linked to the selected order.
The selection will be made randomly and fairly from eligible live orders.

Possible rewards
Rewards are always linked to the selected order.
Possible rewards may include:

A free product added to the order

A free accessory added to the order
-
A partial refund of the order value
-
A percentage discount refunded on the order
-
A full refund of the order value

VIP access to a future drop

The exact rewards and conditions will be communicated before or during the TikTok Live.
The total value of the prize package is a maximum of €[insert amount].
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, unless the reward specifically consists of a partial or full refund of the order value.

Live code
The live code for this campaign is 5YEARS.
The code 5YEARS is only valid during the campaign period, unless communicated otherwise by KP Active.
Orders placed without the code 5YEARS are not eligible for the Wheel of Fortune campaign.
KP Active is not responsible for orders where the customer forgot to apply the live code at checkout.
Using the code 5YEARS does not automatically guarantee participation or a reward. The order must meet all conditions stated in these terms and conditions.

Order requirements
The order must be successfully placed and paid for during the campaign period.
Orders placed before or after the campaign period are not eligible.
Cancelled orders are not eligible to participate in the campaign. If an order is cancelled before the selection takes place, the order will not be included in the draw. If an order is cancelled after being selected but before the reward is processed, KP Active reserves the right to cancel the reward and select another eligible order.
If an order is unpaid, fraudulent, refunded before the reward is processed, cancelled, or does not include the code 5YEARS, KP Active reserves the right to exclude the order from the campaign.

Processing of rewards
KP Active will process the reward after or during the TikTok Live.
Depending on the reward, this may mean that a free product is added to the order, a partial or full refund is processed, VIP access is granted, or another suitable reward is applied.
A reward will only be processed if the selected order is still valid, paid and not cancelled at the time of processing.
If an order has already been processed or shipped before the reward can be added, KP Active reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative, such as a discount code, VIP access or separate shipment, where practically possible.

Returns or cancellations
If a customer places an order, is selected for the Wheel of Fortune and then cancels the order, KP Active reserves the right to cancel the reward.
If a customer fully returns the order after receiving a reward, KP Active reserves the right to cancel the reward or deduct the value of the reward from the refund amount, where legally permitted.
If an order is partially returned, KP Active may determine whether the reward remains valid in full or in part.
This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal.

Availability
Rewards are available while stocks last.
KP Active reserves the right to replace a reward with an equivalent alternative if the original reward is no longer available.

Age and location
This campaign is intended for customers living in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Customers under the age of 18 may only participate with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Exclusion from participation
KP Active reserves the right to exclude orders or participants in case of fraud, misuse, incorrect information, duplicate entries, technical manipulation, payment issues, cancelled orders, suspicious order behavior or behavior that violates these terms and conditions.

Privacy
For the purpose of this campaign, KP Active may process data such as order number, name, email address, address details and order information.
This data will only be used to verify participation, process the order and award the reward, unless the customer has given separate consent for other use.

Liability
KP Active is not liable for technical issues, TikTok outages, internet problems, delays, checkout errors, failure to apply the live code, cancelled orders or other circumstances beyond its control that prevent participation from being possible or timely.

Changes or termination
KP Active reserves the right to change the campaign, campaign period, rewards, live code or these terms and conditions, or to terminate the campaign early if necessary, for example in case of technical issues, misuse, limited stock, suspicious order behavior or circumstances beyond KP Active’s control.
