Not satisfied with your purchase? That's certainly not a problem. It can always happen that you want to exchange one or more products. Exchange = return! Register your return online and immediately order the correct product. That way, you'll have the desired product at your home quickly. To return your item(s), you need to register your return through our online return process. Follow the steps below:
On the KP Active webshop, you can log in using your own account. No password is required for this. Note: you should use the same email address that you used for payment when placing your order. You will receive a code to your email address, which you can use to log in and then view an overview of your placed orders. Then, go to the order from which you want to return items and click on the "return registration" button. There, you can indicate why you are returning the item and optionally add a comment. Afterward, you can register the return and send back the package.*

Return your item(s) together with the packing slip, and your package will be assessed as soon as we receive it. Please consider the following: Leave the original label on the product. Put the item back in the same box (and original packaging) as you received it. The item must be in its original condition. You will receive a refund for your accepted product within 3 working days after we have processed your return shipment. You have 14 days to exchange your item(s). If you encounter any issues, our customer service will be happy to assist you.

If you place an order today, it will be shipped as soon as possible. As soon as DHL eCommerce has collected your order from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. Did you miss the delivery man? Then your package will be delivered to the nearest DHL eCommerce ServicePoint. With the track & trace code you can of course track your order.
If you place an order today and choose delivery at DHL eCommerce Servicepoint, your order will usually be ready the next (working) day at the Servicepoint of your choice. You can pick up your order there within 7 days. You can of course follow your order with the track & trace code. Pick up at a DHL eCommerce Service Point?
We are a webshop and do not have a physical store.
