We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Withdrawal Policy – KP Active
At KP Active, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
This policy explains how to request a cancellation, withdrawal or return.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by using our online return / withdrawal function on our website, or by contacting our customer support team.
After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation through our online return / cancellation function.
Please note that a cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been picked, packed or handed over to the carrier.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you can return the item(s) after delivery according to the return instructions below.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to register your return or withdrawal.
After registering your return, please send the item(s) back as soon as possible and within the legally required period.
Items returned after this period may not be accepted.
How to Return
To return an item, please follow these steps carefully:

Register your return online via our website within 14 days of delivery.

Place the item(s) back in the original packaging.

Include the packing slip inside the parcel.

Choose your preferred return method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return Options
Option 1 – Use the Included DHL Return Label
A return label is included inside your package.
Attach the label to the outside of your parcel and drop off your package at the nearest DHL ServicePoint.
The return fee is €7 for the Netherlands and Belgium. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Option 2 – Return Using Your Own Shipping Method
You may also return your order using your own shipping method.
In this case:

You are responsible for arranging the shipment.

You are responsible for the shipping costs.

The €7 return label fee does not apply.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
If you return your full order, we will refund the returned item(s) and the original standard delivery costs paid at checkout, where applicable.
If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
If you used the included DHL return label, the €7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take several business days after we have received and inspected your return.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you use the included DHL return label, a €7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose your own shipping method, you pay the return shipping costs directly to your chosen carrier.
Important Notes
Returns must always be registered online first.
The packing slip must be included in your return.
KP Active is not responsible for lost returns when customers use their own shipping method.
